Three packs Silky Sweetheart Rose. 3 different colors. The quantity of petals in each pack vary depending on flower. Some petal packs make 2-3 flowers other packs make from 6 to 18 flowers. The petals measure different sizes approx. 2 1/2" across and largest approx. 3" across. Made in the USA. If making flowers these will require other flower parts to make these.
