This listing is for the statue featuring five leaping dolphins that you see in the photos. I purchased it at a church sale in Oregon where I was not told it's history. I am guessing that it is old enough to be considered vintage. I have not found any identifying marks on it to tell me who made it. I leave it to the buyer to decide how old it is and who made it.. The metal appears to be a yellow bronze or brass with a dark brown bronze applied patina. I leave it to the buyer to decide what the metal is. Including the base, It measures close to 22 3/4 inches tall. The base measures close to 10 1/2 by 5 1/2 inches. It weighs close to 10 pounds .4 ounces. The condition is much like you see it in the photos. There are no dents or breaks or cracks. A close-up shows how the dark patina is missing in one area. There is some oxidation in the form of pale green verdigris. The felt bottom on the base is worn and soiled and a little disconnected. Otherwise, the sculpture is fine and as shown. My photos should give you a good idea of its general condition. I guarantee this statue to be as described and represented by the photos. The photos are part of the description. Please look at all of them. I allow two business days for shipping, but I usually ship the same or next day if possible. Please note that the lighting in my photos is uneven, and there might be shadows or reflections. The colors on my monitor look close to but not exactly like the actual colors; different monitors may show different colors.
