Pump is a good fit for off grid water system and should work extremely well for a small home with a couple bathrooms and kitchen. 220 volt which cuts current in half if you have to place it any distance from the power source. The pump was new for $830 plus taxes and did not do what we needed as our property require a $2000 pump and pressure tanks!
